These terms apply to your use of the Starline Motors website and to dealings with Starline Motors (ABN 27 008 101 415, LMVD 328610) of 41 Victoria Parade, Port Augusta SA 5700.

1. Website information

Vehicle listings, prices, specifications and descriptions on this website are provided in good faith but may change without notice. Images are illustrative; actual vehicles may differ. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all details are complete or current at all times. Please confirm details with us before making a decision.

2. No binding offer online

Content on this website does not constitute a binding offer to sell. A sale is only formed when we agree terms with you in writing or as otherwise confirmed by Starline Motors (for example signed paperwork or a confirmed invoice).

3. Vehicle condition and inspections

Used vehicles are sold as inspected. We encourage test drives and, where appropriate, independent mechanical inspections before purchase. A safety check is carried out as part of our preparation process; this is not a substitute for your own due diligence.

4. Warranty

A 12 month National Warranty is provided on most vehicles as stated at the time of sale. Extended warranties are not offered. Warranty cover is subject to the terms of the warranty provider and any exclusions advised at purchase.

5. Finance

Where we refer you to a third-party finance provider, any credit contract is between you and that provider. Approval is not guaranteed. Starline Motors is not the lender.

6. Trade-ins, consignment and sourcing

Trade-in offers, consignment arrangements and vehicle sourcing are subject to inspection and separate agreement. Prices and terms will be confirmed with you before any commitment.

7. Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and may be subject to change. Government charges, stamp duty, registration and other fees may apply in addition to the advertised vehicle price unless stated otherwise.

8. Fleet sales

We do not generally offer fleet sales unless four or more vehicles are purchased together. Contact us to discuss larger purchases.

9. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content in a way that harms our systems, or misuse enquiry forms (including spam).

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
